Superb little fridge
I have had this fridge for about a month now and I am seriously impressed with it. Even with the thermostat at the mid point (3), the fridge keeps a constant 2-3 degrees inside. My milk and drinks come out lovely and chilled! It is the quietest fridge I have ever owned, you do hear a click when it comes on and goes off but it is very difficult to make out a sound from the fridge itself. I thought it had a little freezer at the top because I didn't read the product description properly, which is my fault entirely. The box at the top is a chiller box that will keep water based things frozen (such as ice cubes, ice lollies and ice cream), however it will not keep food frozen such as meat, vegetables etc. It seems the fridge hardly ever needs to come on so I am going to save a fortune on my electric bills. The fridge has plenty of room for one person, but any more than that might struggle for room. The only criticism I can come up with (and it isn't a biggie), is that the salad drawer in the bottom is extremely narrow. You can put fruit and loose vegetables in there but I did struggle to get a whole lettuce in it. I would certainly recommend this fridge and only time will tell how long it lasts.

Great wee fridge..
I'm really pleased with the fridge a bit smaller than I expected but that's on me didn't check measurements. Saying that it holds all that my old fridge held. Arrived quickly and well packed, easy to set up don't know about the noise of it as I'm hard of hearing. All told well worth the money.

Great for drinks and alike
This fridge is great. Any drinks that I put in it are rapidly chilled, and remain cold for a long time. It has plenty of storage, it was easy to install, and it fits nicely in almost any room. In one month of usage there seems to be no water leakage at all. The lockable door is a great feature, and the can dispensing rack is a very nice touch. The fridge is very light, but still sturdy, making it easy to move it around if needed. The build quality seems robust and the materials feel premium to a touch. The fridge also came with two "feet" to help keep the fridge level on uneven surfaces. I have also been toying with storing foods in the fridge such as cooked meats, raw meats, and other foods. I do not recommend this fridge to store foods, as I have received varying results of the food qualities. And while the pictures of the product seem to suggest that you can store ice cream, in my one month of owning the fridge, I've had 5 out of 5 tubs spoiled by the fridge. I have made sure that the fridge is not in an enclosed area, does not have its back against a wall, and have followed proper handling instructions. However, any attempt to store ice cream has ended up with tubs if liquid ice cream being left in the freezer compartment. Overall this fridge is a great product and works very well for drinks storage or chilling of products which do not require constant chilling. If it worked better for products that it describes (such as ice cream) then I'd easily give it a 5/5.

Great value, high quality, speedy delivery.
I ordered this fridge to replace my old one that had broken down and was too costly to be repaired. I wanted something similar in size, colour and capacity and this fridge ticked all those boxes. However it is much much better. Looks great - love the subtle matt black and fits the space under the counter perfectly. I wanted a built-in ice box (much harder to find than you'd think), good capacity (at least 3 shelves plus drawer), low energy consumption and quiet. It meets all these needs and more. Excellent value for money (significantly cheaper than the big retailer alternatives), and it was delivered with care and courtesy by DPD 3 days earlier than expected! A well designed/built great value product that I have no hesitation in recommending.

Buy it now!
Great fridge! Bought as a spare fridge for shed, performs better than the fridge in the house. Chilled everything perfectly and the highest setting is extremely cold. Excellent value for money. Love the small can dispensing rack...perfect for the 330ml beer cans ๐

I'm very pleased with my black fridge.
I bought the largest SUBCOLD, the 95L, and it holds plenty of stuff. It is matte black. It's super-quiet, I can't hear its engine. It has a nice very bright light inside. It keeps the food cold. It was bought to replace a BEKO fridge which had got a hole inside the freezer (no idea how). I stuffed its icebox with polystyrene because it was unusable and ice was forming outside the icebox. Buying new fridges isn't my idea of fun and I left it some time before getting around to buy a replacement. Comparing the SUBCOLD with the BEKO. The smartmeter shows that the SUBCOLD uses much less power than the BEKO (but that maybe was because the BEKO was damaged). The BEKO had its cooling pipes outside whereas the SUBCOLD has its workings sealed inside the fridge. This is better, because it's won't need dusting or de-spidering. The shelves on the BEKO broke in various ways and were taped up; the SUBCOLD shelves are sturdy and of a different design and material and I think less likely to become brittle and snap. Hope so anyway. The BEKO had a weird drainage system: there was a sort of fistula at the bottom of the fridge so that meltwater flowed out of the bottom of the fridge to the back, onto the motor which was hot and it was evaporated, leaving stinky slime on the motor which had to be cleaned off, and the fistula had to be poked out with a needle to clean it. The SUBCOLD has nothing like that. actually I will be very careful about buying another BEKO, this SUBCOLD is a superior fridge. NB I was surprised to see that its energy rating was E which was disconcerting. I prefer to buy A+++ electrical devices. There were no fridges above E to be had. It seems that new technology was expected to make super-fridges and that the A+++ fridges were declassified to E in anticipation of this. So E is the old A+++ . I googled around but the only fridge I could find as a D was a bright shiny red SMEG sold by John Lewis for ยฃ999. When I looked at its further details it was a E anyway. Delivery was fast, I think in 3 days; I got a text to tell me it was coming. The fridge was well-packaged. Someone has put a lot of thought into how to pack a fridge for ease of unpacking. It arrived in perfect condition. It was easy to change the door opening from right to left . I'm very pleased with my black fridge.

Ideal for Offices and Kitchens
Solid little fridge that does the job. It fits neatly under the counter and has a decent amount of space for its size. The cooling is consistent, and it runs fairly quietly. The build quality feels a bit basic, and the shelves could be more adjustable. But overall, itโs good value for the price and ideal for small kitchens or as a second fridge
