there was no support and I would be better off putting duct tape on my arm for support
Needed this for newly developed tennis elbow. It arrived with no instructions and I couldn't figure out how to put it on. Now, I am always one to never even open instruction booklets for ANYTHING because I can figure stuff out. This puzzled me and when I THINK I put it on correctly, there was no support and I would be better off putting duct tape on my arm for support. Horrible and probably the worst thing I ever bought on Amazon. It's going right back.

Difficult to put on properly
Very very difficult to put on.Hard to get the pad to overlap properly.Very hard to put it on and not have the black plastic part that holds the black velco strap not twist sideways.I am going to buy something else.Frustrating time consuming experience almost every time I use it.

It works as it's supposed to but when trying to tighten it down it will twist because the band isn't thick enough. This makes it a pain to tighten and loosen it multiple times.
