Q: What is the total radius of the swiveling caster wheels? From the center of the pivot point to the farthest edge

It's hard to give an exact answer since the set i have is installed and hard to get to. The radius to the edge of the wheel is approx. 3 inches. to the end on the locking lever is about 4-1/4 inches. Hope that helps.

Q: Do the casters w/brake lock both the wheel and swivel position?

On mine the lock only locks the wheel, it will still swivel

Q: Do you get 2 swivel with breads and 2 fixed with no break? Description and images are confusing.

You will get 4 casters, 2 of them with brakes and 2 without.
