Q: Does LED ball light up?

Crystal ball does not light up by itself. There is a small light you put under it. I have not figured out how to shut the light off. Luckily I saved the pull out tab they use to not waste battery life, and stuck it back in.

LED lamp with button battery, you can use it directly

Q: How does the LED work?

It doesn't light up. There isnt an led to it just a crystal ball. It is a very beautiful piece. I love it.
