Hi Heather Kirsch, Our blue light blocking glasses can block 40% blue light from wave 400-460nm, which is the perfect data that not only block harmful blue light, but also remain high vision through the lens, avoid color distortion. You may heard some other seller pronounce the anti-blue light percentage is above 90%, but in that case, the lens must be too yellow and cause color distortion.

Q: Can regular lenses be put in these?

If the lenses are for children (3 -7 yrs), yes.

Q: Does this item come with test card and blue light?

We do not include the test card and test light into package because we more concerned about if kids will play with the test light, because the light is a little harmful to eyes.
