This is the 3rd one I have purchased over the last 5 years. The first one was broken during a storm. I love these, I like the colors and the shape of the humming birds. My neighbors have admired them too.

So far I only have 2, one of the dogs and one of the cats. Definitely going to buy a lot more.

I just received delivery on this LED hummingbird hanging ornament/windchime. After carefully untangling the wires on the unit, I removed the protected film on the solar glass panels and the tiny sponge-like packing which protects the on/off switch located below the solar panel. I then switched the sliding toggle to "off" and then "on" and the hummingbird lights came to life immediately. With that test done and I switched it to "off" again, then attached the provided hanging clip to the unit and proceeded to mount the chime. I switched to "on" again, and again the unit gleamed bright. I had two red lights, two green and two blue, all worked fine. It was dusk when I hung this chime. Occasionally I would peer out to check on the chime and the lights were still strongly shining. After awakening the following morning just right before dawn (over twelve hours later) I found the lights still shining brightly. Wow! Cool!
