These little ceramic beauties are a game changer. Pre baking your pie crust is a must if you want a flakey crust. These beauties hold your crust down, preventing it from bubbling up and shrinking. I recommend you GET TWO!

Great quality pie weights. However, quite expensive and delivery took ages. You will also need two boxes for a 12" inch pan. After I ordered this, I found cheaper and equally good quality weights at Lakeland.
