Nice belt and a width you can still move with.
I ordered XL size and it fits pretty good . I wear 38-40 jeans. I like the feature that you can run strap through the "buckle" and continue to make the belt tighter and then secure with the Velcro. Some have Velcro that you would secure the two ends of the belt one over the other and then the strap is used to hold the original "velcroed" position. The advantage of this belt is a partner can pull the strap and make belt tighter for you. . Belt width is not too wide and you can still get support yet can move a bit and it don't climb up.

Good belt, recommend following the sizing chart though and don't get a size larger.
Good belt, but I have to strongly recommend against most of the comments regarding this belt that state that you should buy it a size larger. I have a 34" stomach and following the advice I went with the large. I find the belt is not snug enough for lifting. Wearing a lifting belt should not feel like wearing a belt to hold up your slacks, rather it is to help support your core, which is does by being held tight to provide tension. I recommend buying the size as described on the sizing chart.

Avoid at all cost
Product is flimsy at bast, no real support for your back . Opened the bag and was surprised, a pair is socks tied behind your waist offers better support. Waist sizing is not correct, buy a size two times bigger for a correct fit. Wouldn’t recommend it, nor purchase it ever again.

Good, but narrow in the front
The belt has performed well so far. I use velcro belts for olympic-style lifting because I've always found leather belts to get in the way too much. It's not as supportive as a good leather belt, but for the price (and the low-profile), it's good enough.I've had the velcro on other belts tear away on heavy lifts before (>300lbs jerks), but the velcro on this model seems to be very sturdy. That's important: having a weight belt come off when you aren't expecting it is bad news.My only complaint is that the front of the belt is quite a bit narrower than it looks in the picture. That makes it somewhat uncomfortable to bear down on the belt to keep your torso tight with intra-abdominal pressure.

WARNING! - SIZES ARE INCORRECT
I've got a 32" waist; I've got twenty different pants/shorts that are all size 32" waist and they all fit - some I have to wear a belt with.I got a medium sized belt because the manufacturer stated that a medium was for waist size 30" to 36". This belt did not come close to fitting (WAY too small). MAKE CERTAIN TO BUY AT LEAST A SIZE LARGER THAN YOU THINK IS NEEDED.Other than the sizing, it seems like a perfectly fine lifting belt. It is only affixed by a Velcro strap. Seems like some descriptions/reviews mentioned some other latch/loop thing that cinched it, but it's only a Velcro strap.

Sizing is Small
This review is for Valeo 6-Inch VLP Performance Low Profile Belt (XX-Large).I ordered this in a larger size than I thought I would need, and I am glad I did. The sizing is not what I would expect, but the Velcro allows for a large amount of adjustment. This is a fairly sturdy belt. It does not provide as much support as a good leather belt, but it is enough for most lifts. I like the feel of it on deadlifts, as it isn’t as restrictive as a leather belt is. I can bend a little more, and not deal with the discomfort from a stiffer belt. It works well with squats too, and allows you to keep better form, without doing as much of the work for you as a leather belt. After months of use, the Velcro still works like it was new. I have not had this belt come apart during a lift yet. It is narrower in the front than the back, so keep that in mind when ordering.Pros:Adjustable size.Comfortable to wear.Good amount of support.Cons:Sizing is smaller than expected.

Great light/mid weight belt
Great light/mid weight belt, very soft and comfortable but still supportive. Not a replacement for a 10mm leather powerlifting belt, but a great complament. I have both, 10mm for very heavy work, but the Valeo is great when less support is needed, also wont bruse your ribs and hips like a powerlifting belt will. Great for more crossfit-type moves, If you are into that.
