My nephew loved this book, really can’t get enough of the story and characters! We look forward to the next book!

Hoppy Hopperson's Day Off is a masterpiece of a children's book, creatively combining clever rhyming with a wholesome message. The story of a kid who doesn't want to go to school is compelling and relatable. By the end of the book, Hoppy learns on his own that school is extremely valuable for his development. This book is an amazing way to teach a child the importance of education. The illustrations are engaging too! Would not surprise me if this turns out to be a classic!

You shouldn’t be surprised when this book brings home Evan Harris’s first Pulitzer. With the release of this book, Dr. Seuss has been put back on the hot seat while Evan Harris is comfortably sitting on the cool throne.

This is an incredible book that reminds children that school is an awesome place for learning, friendship and fun. Hoppy is a relatable character, the storyline is enjoyable to follow and the rhyming is very clever! Highly recommend for all children in grade school!
