This pill organizer is sturdier than most, which if dropped, will break, spill pills all over, etc. If I drop this case, it doesn't break (that is, individual compartments don't come detached and become difficult to get securely back in place); and also, the lids to each snap on quite securely as well, so they don't tend to spill my pills all over the place.Best of all, I like the black and white design. I never take my morning meds at night or vice versa, because, duh, white is for morning, black for night. No matter how sleepy or groggy I am, I always get that right.It's also quite capacious, so you can fit supplements (calcium, etc.) in as well. Overall, best pill case I've had, and I've had it a year. I just ordered a second, so I can fill two weeks at once.

No other pill organizer will do. I liked mine so much I bought one for a friend, who's as pleased as I am. And the tabs remain in the up position when you flip them open.

Its big, but if you take several (or more) pills daily, its great for a vacation supply. Easy to use, and stays closed well.

I love that this holds large pills such as Omega 3 supplements as well as my prescription meds. I just set up my meds once a week (usually Sundays) and I'm good to go. This is super convenient for vacations so you don't have to carry a ton of bottles in your suitcase! This way you don't have to skip your vitamins and supplements until you get back home.

This organizer is easy to fill. Both sides open wide, and stay open so each day's supplements can be dropped in, one after another. My husband and I each take several large capsules (fish oil, lecithin, magnesium) daily, and these large compartments hold all, with room to spare. Lids snap nice and tight, so no worries of capsules spilling out.I am much more faithful in taking supplements daily, as directed.If you take large capsules, you can't go wrong with this organizer!

Really a 4.75 - This pillbox seems superior to other's I've used, but I have a suggestion - why not make the overall box black, or some darker color, instead of white? SO many pills are white, and I've noticed that it's a little easy to miss the white pills against the white containers. I've had my elderly dad using the box for a couple of weeks now, and I've noticed white pills that should have been taken being left over. Of course, he should be counting them, etc., but a dark background might make it easier to see them. I haven't had it long enough to evaluate the features, but it seems sturdy; maybe a bit big for traveling, and a bit on the expensive side for what it is.
