This sling works wonderful and is very easy to get behind a client in a wheelchair who has no mobility. The one I ordered was rather large but we needed it for pretty big guy. I don't know how it would work on a smaller person but it was great for a large person who needs total support.

Heavy padding. Takes a bit to get adjusted too. But I feel that a mesh sling would be easier to use. Sling is nice and does the job.

Unfortunately too large a size for my husband. We then bought the medium which fits him better. Manufacturer should offer sizing assistance (body fit measurements) to better serve customers.

Love that this item is thick, soft reinforced and sensibly put together with straps being attached on the outside instead of against patients skin.

Even after washing, the trim is irritating and the straps are way too stiff. The shape is very uncomfortable, also, especially around shoulders and legs.
