Smaller than the original SS thigh master...I had the original and the it went MIA out of my closet one day recently...this new one is good just not as big as the original

This product helps me work out my inner thighs when I'm watching videos/movies on my laptop. The resistance is pretty ok-nice but If you're looking to gain massive muscle from this then you're better off at the gym. I think this is more of a toning for the inner thigh but you can probably gain a bit muscle if you set up some slow high reps high sets and hold it in place.The size of this product is a nice fit for my legs and the red plastic does feel cheap but you can't argue about that since it functions as a workout equipment and it hasn't broken on me yet(it's been 2 weeks already). The blue foam around it doesn't feel as cheap as the red plastic and doesn't hurt my thighs and works like a cushion most of the time

Looks and feel frail. It squeaks whenever I use it and I am always eyeballing the red piece of plastic in the middle. Looks and sounds like it will break sooner rather than later. However, it works well enough. It is intact and I can use it for thigh work. The other exercises that come in a pamphlet I don't see as possible. I tried some of them and I really don't think they were made for this actual piece of equipment, but rather a different, bigger one.

I bought this on a lark one evening after I was thinking about one I had a few years ago. This is a smaller, compact travel version of a very classic style of Thighmaster. Very easy to use, has good resistance that you start to feel after a few minutes. This is pretty low impact BUT I have found that doing a bunch of reps with low resistance builds my endurance & tones without building larger thigh muscles. So you can get more 'dancer' legs & less 'soccer player'. Can also be used for arms; it comes with an instructional sheet with different exercises.

I have to laugh as I write this because of the reviews that made me LITERALLY expect a doll-sized item. It is three times the size, at least, of what I had imagined. Why did I order it if I thought it was doll-sized? Well, I used to have an official Thighmaster, but I gave it away several years ago because it was quite a work out for me; just a little too much of a work out. I thought, if this one is so tiny, it wouldn't be such a hard workout. First off, as I said, it is bigger than I expected, second, it is still a work out to use. I don't know how long this model will last; I have used it maybe twice. But for those who say it doesn't stay in place when in use, my old Thighmaster was no different than this one, as far as staying in place is concerned. I am happy with it for the price.
