I much prefer these gummies to the giant powdery capsules which I used to struggle with. How much they help me health wise, I am unsure of but they taste nice and knowing I am taking vitamins makes me feel better. Plus this pack is enormous and great value!

Taste great. On my second tub and feeling fine. Not sure if it's the gummies or the fact that the sun has come out but I do feel more energetic. I will continue to take them.

A great all round multivitamin. They're not too big in size, similar to a stardust. They're soft and chewable if that's what you prefer but most importantly they taste great! Obviously keep out of reach of children as they will just look and taste like sweets.Recommended!

There was a point where I was falling ill every couple weeks, then was advised to add multi vitamins to my diet and now been taking them for 4 months and not had an illness since, very impressed they taste good no complaints
