This is a great addition to Danielle's Face Book. I love that it's filled with reminders and positive reinforcements. I'd buy is again.

Innovative and sincere health guru has a gift for self-discipline and self-love
For about 15 years I have been following Danielle Collins. First, in my yoga course where we were taught face yoga! Then, on a CD version of same that I purchased for a yogini friend of mine. Next, on YouTube - I could watch her endlessly, so calm and friendly. Finally, this version of her personal touch - an anytime diary of self-care ritual that gives us insight to our own feelings about ourselves, our light in the world, and our very unique gift of expressive faces. Reasonably priced for all of the rich ideas she includes in her year's map of "how I came to love my face and its fortitude" experience.

Wellness journal
I purchased this before I purchased Danielle Collins Face Yoga exercise book. The journal compliments the Face Yoga Book. It’s a great book, just purchase it AFTER Danielle’s Face Yoga book.

I love this book always at my bedside table
Wow this book is the real deal. Using these techniques on a regular basis will change the quality of your skin for the better. She is wonderful, caring and knowledgable, so genuinely sweet. I have shared it with friends too, and I am totally hooked on face yoga now. Thanks Danielle Collins, you rock!

Excellent for inner and outer beauty!
I discovered Danielle Collins through The Daily Om and loved her courses, so I thought I'd give her journal a try. The journal is a nice, easy introduction to face yoga. Not only do the exercises tone facial muscles, but each week also includes an affirmation and wellness hack to make you feel good on the inside too. I will reread this to keep practicing and toning my face!

Makes a great gift
It's a handy little reference books, but For those of us who have been following the authors Utube sites, this book might be a bit elementary. I packed it up and gifted it to a friend who had never done face yoga.

This book is helping me stick to my face yoga routine
The journal format is extremely helpful for sticking to a yoga routine, and the way it is written is encouraging. The face yoga exercises are easy and have been helpful for me to do.
