If you want clear there are better products. This ends up like watery milk. Check out smooth in’s Solaris, sorta-clear, and Rubber glass platinum silicones.

Can you mix 00-30 and 00-35!to get more pot life?

To get longer pot life you can add a retardant like “slo jo”. Mixing different silicones is usually not a great idea - there are additives to get faster cures, better elongation, hardiness, tack etc.
