Works fine, power issues aside
The product itself works fine but the provided power supply worked for a year and then died. And the included power cord is so comically short, you might as well not include one at all. Also the remote doesn't include batteries.

Not a clear product description and no support
The product description fails to make clear that from a single HDMI input the output is split (mirrored). If you have two HDMI inputs you can "matrix" the output, but I wanted a single HDMI input to see the two outputs as separate devices (not a mirrored pair). Also, the description talks about contacting them for support, but there is no information about how to do that on their website or included with the product itself. It's going back. May work for some scenarios, but not for what I want.

Does NOT support 2560x1080 ultrawide
Title says it all. If you need ultrawide resolution, look for the TESmart 4x2 HDMI matrix.
