Perfect for spatchcocking!
Very impressive, durable kitchen scissors. We have used these to spatchcock multiple turkeys with great success. I have broken multiple pairs of scissors from other “high quality” brands before finding these. Well worth the purchase!

Very good product definitely helps out seinors quite sharp. Came in great condition. Quite sharp so be careful but veryy helpful and easy to use on various things.

Excellent poultry shears
Does the trick with ease! The blades have a lock that you flip to use the shears and then close them back up. Super easy to clean I love how they look and they’re comfortable to use couldn’t be happier.
