Cable Matters High-Speed 4K@60Hz Micro HDMI to HDMI Cable - 6ft, Ideal for Tablet, Notebook, Camera, Raspberry Pi 4 and Raspberry Pi 5

Several months ago I bought a 6 foot cable that I have been using to connect my Kindle Fire HD 8.9 to my TV so that I can watch movies, etc. I thought that was the best thing since sliced bread since it gave me another reason to love my Kindle, until I realized that I would need to get up to pause whatever I'm watching since the cable wasn't long enough to reach from the TV to my couch so I have to leave the kindle near the TV and get up to pause, replay, etc. I recently purchased this 15 foot cable and am very glad that I did. It's long enough to reach from my TV to the couch so that I have my kindle near me when I'm watching something through it on the TV. The picture quality comes out fine through this cable and the cable material seems to be of perfectly good quality as well. I am happy enough with this cable that I have ordered a second one to attach to the TV in my bedroom so that I can watch stuff through my kindle in that room as well and not have to move the cable from one TV to another. The 6' cable will become the cable I take with me when I go places. I recommend this product - as it's a good product for a very reasonable price - many dollars less than what you would pay in many retail stores.

This cable was purchased to use on a brand new end zone camera system used by a high school. This camera system is set up and torn-down and transported every time it is used. I wanted a cable that takes up less space when packed up, and is a few feet longer. This cable provides both, and and gives the unexpected benefit of providing a significantly sharper image on the field monitor than the original cable sent by the system retailer. The connectors have a nice fit. I'm not a fan of Micro HDMI plugs, but this cable is designed and manufactured very well to give connections on both the Micro HDMI and opposing full size HDMI end that are snug, but not difficult to push in, and the fit is solid... they don't wiggle around like the connectors on some cables. On both ends, the actual cable part is very firmly connected at the point the cable enters the plug assembly, so I'm not worried about cable movement causing the connectors in the plug to break over time. If this cable meets your particular needs, I have no problem recommending you try it. This is one of several Cable Matters brand products I have purchased, and I have not been disappointed with any of their products yet... Simply put: they just work.

There isn't much to say about a cable. I ordered this one to connect my Kindle Fire HD to my Samsung TV via an HDMI connection (obviously). The cable works fine and the picture comes in clear with no issues. The main reason I bothered to leave a review of the cable was because of the thickness of the cable. All cables (HDMI or otherwise) are not created equal. Some are thicker than others, made with different materials, have better or worse shielding, etc. I've had other HDMI cables that are very thick. While this might be fine in most applications, I didn't want a terribly thick HDMI cable when using it with my Kindle Fire HD. A thicker cable can make it more difficult to hold and use the Kindle Fire HD (in my opinion) while the cable is attached. Also, a thicker and less pliable cable can put more stress on the micr-HDMI port on the Kindle FIre HD potentially leading to failure of the port later on. This cable however is not that much thicker than the micro-USB to USB cable I received with my Kindle Fire HD for charging/data transfer. If you are looking for decent, inexpensive, thin/thinner micro-HDMI to HDMI cable this one works well.

Good cables both of mine seem to have good connections and they are most definitely fully functional. They are still fairly flexable and are well built cables I have no real complaints esp cause they were one of the more reaosnably priced sets I have found on amazon at the time of writing. The only thing I can not speak to is the how strong the connectors are vs other similar cables I would need a larger sample size. Honestly though either way micro hdmi is not a particularly sturdy connector. I really do not have any complaints. Good cables and price was decent... No complaints I just reserve 5 star reviews for something that knocked my socks off or had amazing polish / features ect. And they are fairly basic cables... So they did not knock my socks off while at the same time they did not displease me so I think a 4 star is fair. I wish amazon did based off a 10 scale or 5 stars off a fractional scale. If they did I would give them a 4.5/5 or a 8/10 something like that.

I was previously using a micro hdmi to hdmi adapter and HDMI cable, which I use to get video from my Lumix G7 to my elgato cam link for my weekly live stream on my couch setup. The HDMI cable wasn't long enough to do any kind of proper routing on, so it ended up just going across the floor to my computer. Ended up with using two of that adapter, both of which broke over time. Decided to instead invest in a proper length cable so I can route it along the walls. At 25 feet, this cable works perfectly for my needs, with a good extra length to use it in a secondary position for when I do gameplay streams from the couch rather than just covering news topics (need to move the camera futher to not block view of the TV). Haven't used the cable for too long, but I will definitely try to come back and update as time progresses to see how it holds up

Just got my micro hdmi cable for my kindle fire hd....awesome!! It took about 20 seconds, 20 seconds to hook it up and now I can watch my Amazon and Netflix movies and anything that shows up on the kindle screen on my tv!!!! I am thinking this would be wonderful for someone with vision issues who loves to read and is struggling, could read a book on a 32inch ( or even larger!!) screen. I have not put a book on my kindle to read on the tv yet, but what I am typing now is showing on my tv...now!! I played some of my songs and the sound comes from the tv. The album's covers show on the tv and I watched YouTube! . All you need to do is plug the micro hdmi part of the cable into your kindle fire hd and plug the other end into your tv(4 seconds!!)...go to the tv settings( I did it manually because my tv is hooked up to cable so I don't have a clue where the tv remote is and the particular cable company's remote control could not get me to change the settings automatically) and go to hdmi 2 ( it was on hdmi 1since it was hooked up to cable programming...your hdmi number my be a 3, depending on the brand)...bamm!!...okay, it actually took 5 seconds! So in less than 20 seconds you have "Kindle TV". When I want to switch back to cable, I just switch back to hdmi 1! I am also charging my kindle as I am writing this review! It is $10 with a 15ft cord, (so you know I am relaxing as I type this). I went on YouTube to see if there were any tutorials and there was a young man who made it sound so simple...it really is!! I wish I could remember the site, but I can't. I know very little about computers but this is a great deal. I KNOW THIS! I ordered it thru Kindle Prime and it fit in my mailbox and arrived exactly when they said it would. Hope it helps...gotta go watch" An Affair To Remember" on my "Kindle TV" ;0)!!

Works Perfectly with Nikon Coolpix P1000. My HP laptop recognizes it as a regular web cam when used with a (Audio Video Capture Card HDMI Video Capture HDMI to USB) that you can get on Amazon for $9.99. All plug and play with Windows 10. No installing required at all. Use your pc's camera program to switch to the P1000 camera and you can record video from your P1000 right on your computer, then you don't have to use up any space on your camera's memory card. Just plug it all in and point the camera to where you want and press the record button on your pc webcam program. On my pc webcam program I can take video or take snapshots using the P1000 camera as a webcam. NOTE: If you have a remote control for your P1000, it will not work when the HDMI cable is plugged in.

It seems there is something terribly wrong with at least some of the cable that are being shipped. I purchased this cable in the 15' length to connect my new Kindle Fire HD to a TV. The plan is to load the Kindle with rented/downloaded movies & take to our Cabin over vacation (deleting & adding more when we head into town where there is available wifi). It looks like a great cable. Connections were solid. I tried it out on our new 32" TV (that had just arrived the day prior to the cable). Plugging it into one of the 3 available HDMI ports (let me mention the TV was working fine with a connected Roku). I then had a similar experience as other 1-star reviews, which I'd glossed over, dazzled by the many glowing 4 & 5 star reviews. I'm not saying its ALL cables but quality control is obviously severely lacking! First no sound but moving around (not the connections, the coiled length of cable) got the sound working. Then the erratic lines, blacking out of the picture & severe ghosting started. Again, gently moving the cable would resolve the issue but only momentarily. I tried another HDMI port on the TV with the same results. Then the TV powered off. I unplugged the cable & turned the TV on. It seemed fine but soon started randomly powering off & again I had severe ghosting, fading of colors, part of the picture would go black, etc. I let it sit overnight & contacted Amazon tech support (honestly, at this point I still thought it was the TV). After discovering the unit wouldn't even power on (it was connected via a $400 surge protector & I even tried it in several other outlets just in case), Amazon overnighted a replacement TV. After setup of the new TV I tried the HDMI to Kindle Fire HD cable again. I experienced intermittent sound again. At the first sign of picture issues I finally had the "ah-ha" moment and quickly disconnected the cable. It didn't seem to harm the TV and thankfully through it all my Kindle seems okay. I promptly returned it for a refund & am hunting a better replacement!

Nachdem am smart tv kein flashplayer unterstützt wird, fallen viele onlinestreams flach. Ich kaufte mir ein tablet, und konnte somit alle medien, musik, bilder und auch onlinevideos auf den Fernseher übertragen. Natürlich ist die BildQualität nicht die beste aber es reicht aus um lieblingssendungen und musikvideos zu schauen und zu genießen. Das Kabel kommt regelmäßig (mehrmals die Woche) zum Einsatz. Der Anschluss ist schnell gemacht und nach dem Übertragen vom Tablet auch schnell wieder verräumt. Klar, 5m Kabel muss man eben sorgfältig aufrollen und verstauen. Dafür gibt es ja genügend Platz in einer Hartschalentasche fürs Tablet. Das Produkt ist von meiner Seite aus eine klare Empfehlung wenn es keine Wirelessfunktionen gibt.

This was purchased to hook up an Asus T100 CHI to my TV as, even though I have a smart TV, no catchup app for Channel 5 is available for it. Headline is it works faultlessly. As you would expect with a cable, the packaging is minimal meaning this can be delivered straight through a letterbox - important if you are likely to be at work when it's delivered. The packaging had me concerned as it stated the cable was 6 feet long whereas it was advertised as 2m. Out came the tape measure and I can confirm it is 2m long. Initial impressions are that this is a reasonable quality product - it would easily look at home in John Lewis or Currys. The plugs come complete with dust caps which may well be thrown away but shows the manufacturer hasn't shaved every penny from their costs. The plug mouldings are a nice glossy black and include strain relief for the cable which looks effective enough. The design is modern and curved in appearance which adds to the premium look. The cable is flexible but maintains a slight stiffness, it will be flexible enough for 95% of cases, but don't expect to feed it through a small hole and then bend it at right angles straight away. The plugs have a nice positive feel when inserting, not too firm but not too loose. I can't comment on whether the Ethernet over HDMI works as I don't know if my devices support it and are either traditionally hardwired or networked wirelessly. Finally, please note that this is Micro HDMI and will not fit micro USB ports - I've seen a lot of reviews that complain it doesn't fit their phone or table. If you only have a micro USB charging slot on your device, and no other ports, this will not fit.
