Wall Mount Fishbowl, Star

I found this same product on other sites for about 2x the price. It's a bit of a pain to clean, but aren't most fish bowls & tanks? Anyways, I saw the size of the opening b4 I even bought this, so I'm not complaining. I pretty much bought this bc I've always liked having Betta fish, but I adopted a cat 2 yrs ago, and I was apprehensive about my ninja cat's fighting tactics being unleashed on this cute, little, defenseless creature. I finally decoded 2 buy one anyways, and put it on the highest shelf I had, i thought it was safe. My cat eventually got way too close for comfort... knocking over & breaking everything trying 2 get 2 it. I figured even if I bought a new tank with a lid, he could always find a way 2 knock it over or push it off the counter...besides, I wasn't trying to spend $100+ on some deluxe item 4 one tiny fish! Then I found this! I thought the heart shaped was unique and eye catching, and I knew I could put it up higher, in an area that didn't have furniture directly underneath it.... making it much harder to get to. So far, so good. I still need 2 buy new decor 4 it, I wanted to check it out first. But I'm very happy with my purchase, and I'll post a photo so everyone has a visual too. (Make sure you use an anchor when hanging it on drywall, between the water and decorations, it's a bit more heavy, and it's better to be safe than sorry!)

All the people grumbling about fish cruelty and that the bowl was way to small, had me expecting a much smaller product. It is actually bigger than the fish bowl we had them in to start with, lol! It is beautiful. Absolutely love it. The fish seem happy too. Light comes through it and reflects on the walls around it. We put marbles in it instead of gravel. Only negative, is that I ordered this particular bowl because the picture looked like it could easily come on and off the wall. I thought it had a screw hole that the screw head fit through, and then it slipped into a smaller groove/channel so that the bowl stayed securely on the wall. It does not. So I got the drill out and enlarged the hole, so i can take it on and off the wall for cleaning. I was a little unhappy to have to mess with that, now the hole does not look as clean as factory. But ease of removal is essential with a fish bowl. And a good size screw that hits a stud is important too, as a gallon of water is heavy.

I love these fish bowls, they save a ton of space and they look really cute. I gave 3 stars because I bought a star, heart, and round bowl, but instead of getting a star I got 2 hearts and a round bowl. I didn't want to deal with the headache with all the shipping crap so I just kept the heart bowl. It's still very nice though. Who ever is shipping these bowls, isn't doing a good job. I literally paid more for something less.

I own a 55 gallon aquarium, 20 gallon, 10 gallon, 5 gallon, 3 gallon and this 1 gallon and I have African clawed frogs in the 10 and 20 gallon and Berta's in the 5 and three gallon. I also own a variety of African Cichlids which are housed in the 55 gallon since they are super aggressive. I wanted something to hang on my wall and I have to say I was super weary to purchase this since I am a very experienced aquatic pet owner. I bought it on a whim to house a male betta since I adore this species of fish. I am happy overall since one gallon is a good size and he is the happiest little man ever! I have a heater in it along with some Marimo moss balls and gravel. It looks gorgeous! Make life easier and clean this tank every other day to ensure flawless water conditions. I may purchase another one just so I can give another betta a good home since I am a sucker for Bettas in small jars at the pet store.

I got 2 items today from the Seller " FU GLOBAL " . WOWWWW It's quite very nice and arrived with the gift in the plastic bag for 1 x Aquarium Plastic Plant and a some decoration multicolor crystal stone , but it hasn't a snail as photos what it is showing . Great item and great seller . So i'm not yet decoration it on the wall , but i'll do that on this weekend after i get a few live fish from the store . Then you can buy it . don't miss it and you won't disappoint . Again ! Thanks for great product .

bigger than I thought. I dont believe keeping fish in these small containers is humane at all, so I am just using it as a planter, but it is a very unique planter! i was pleasantly surprised by the size. the pic is pretty accurate - if you were to keep a full size beta (which i dont think you should because you are a horrible human if you do) but if you did.. it would be true to the pic size. It came with some insanely hokey aquarium stuff - (a small handful of multi colored gems and a fake plant that was very fake). worth the dough for a unique planter though. it will look cool!

Way too small. Alot of reviews stated it was larger than expected I don't see how that is even possible. First off it is small and looms cheap not with the price at all at all. Secondly, the design is horrible because once you mount it on the wall you have to unmount it in order to clean it. And because of the size it gets disgustingly dirty with food and fish poop right away and sits at the very bottom of the heart point just piling up. Very gross. I ended up taking it off my wall 1 week later and it's now wasting space. I bought a small normal fish tank that sits on the counter and it's much better for the beta and for me. Don't buy it.
