I loved this set. Each embroidery kit had everything you needed. The instructions were very clear in how to do the different stitches. Each embroidery kit came out very nice and I gave one to my mom for mother's day and she loved it. Only downside is there is only one hoop so I had to buy extras in order to make the other two kits.

There’s many features that make this a great kit for beginners: step by step written instructions for the stitches required, a complete set of materials for each pattern, a video so you can watch someone making stitches…I bought this to use w/my teens, so we could potentially do it at the same time and needed to go pick up two more hoops. It’s my bad; this idea came to me after ordering. But it did shed light on an important detail that a newbie might not know, the single hoop means it needs to be reused for the other patterns so what are you going to do with the one that’s finished?! lol! Guess it just kinda hangs out until you frame it?

Good directions

This was my very first embroidery project and I found it very difficult. The instructions don’t tell you much and some of the shapes are really hard for beginners. I found the heart shaped leaves to be particularly difficult and there was no advice on how to do it.

Would buy again! First time embroidering and was able to do it from the instructional videos

I bought these to practice sewing as I have never really been to great at sewing. But the practice has really paid off and it’s a fun little hobby. I’ll probably continue to embroider after this. As this is my first experience with embroidery I don’t have anything to compare it to but I would have to say that the quality of everything is that is included is pretty great for the price. The pictures are cute and the colours of the floss are nice as well. I’d say it’s definitely worth the price.

Really enjoyed completing this activity. Easy to follow instructions. Great for beginners or those more experienced with embroidery. Loved the colour combinations and end results are beautiful!
