The diapers don’t hold liquid well. We’ve not had a poop, but I know the pee leaks thru

Q: Do you put them over a regular diaper?

You could if you get them big enough. The leg openings were WAYYYY to small for my little boys even on the loosest setting.

Q: Are these diapers or just a cover for diapers?

These are swim diapers, they hold waste but not urine.
