Great for cinnamon rolls
It’s a tasty vanilla thin icing. Used in a cake class as an all over icing, probably better for cinnamon rolls but the students did like working with the icing.

If you’re a T1D needing quick and tasty sugar for emergency lows, this is perfect to pack in a purse/pouch! Especially now that capri suns are low sugar😅

Tastes great!
My doctor suggested carrying this in my purse because I am diabetic and sometimes need a quick burst of sugar. I even keep this next to my bed in case I have hypoglycemia during the night. I just squirt some icing below my tongue and allow it to absorb a bit before swallowing. It’s sweet for sure, but really tastes great. In my opinion, glucose pills are nasty and I don’t carry juice around with me, so this is a great option for me!
