I own this machine for 18 months now and any updates that have been downloaded have yet to install missing so called included items that it can do. I feel like a beta tester with no support. I have to say if I could have returned it after the first few jobs that I used it on I would. I also purchased the printer and the highest version sold of this tool for a whopping $3,600.00. Made in China junk. I am revising my review. I was contacted by the company on my issues. They were very quick to get back to me. They made good by updating my scanner for free to the latest update which solved all of my issues.
