Lucky Duck Revolt Electronic Predator Call with Remote

I've had a couple of the more expensive FoxPro callers over the years and they are great & worth the money. They all eventually died due to the rain, cold and general abuse.This time I purchased the Lucky Duck Riot because of the lower price and I wanted to try it out.First week - I used the racoon call because I had several 'Deer Feeder' raiders on my place and figured this was a good test to see if the call worked. Within minutes I had my three problem racoons running in (yes... running).The sound was loud, clear and the controller worked easily and had good reception at 50 to 80 yards (I didn't hunt any further).My 10/22 stopped two of the racoons right away... but one got away. However, the Lucky Duck pulled him back in within 1 minute and I had my three biggest racoon raiders laid out. Sorry Rocket!Since then...I removed a couple of coyotes, a bobcat and two pigs using this call. (By the way... the pigs came into the Jack Rabbit call...???) Have fun!!!

You are going to look at the price and say “WOW, too much money for a call”. I said the same thing but bought it anyways. 15 minutes into a hunt and a coyote was charging at the call. I hope it holds up longterm because I will be putting it to use. I think the rotating option really helps out. This thing is crazy awesome, and that is coming from someone who is not easily impressed.**Update** after a few hunts with no luck, I had time to really check out the call. I am dropping a star due to one flaw I see in the call. There is NO protection from moisture around several components. Example: an o-ring or simple rubber seal around the battery cover for the remote would be nice. I question long term durability due so said concerns.

First off, I NEVER leave product reviews.I will say that I am VERY pleased with the call as it absolutely works wonders calling in coyotes. However the advertised 300' range is literally 10% of that.Its says that you dont need line of sight, and I actually did have line of sight and it would turn on just fine from about 30 yards(90') but I had to literally stand up and in a couple of cases walk closer to it in order to stop the sounds. Not very good if you're trying to call in predators.As a note, I used fully charged hi capacity rechargeable batteries, so it's not like power was an issue. DEFINITELY some to keep in mind if you want to use it farther than 20-30 yards. Definitely doesnt even go to 50 yards or half what its rated for.

I took it out this evening and tried out the coon calls for fun. And had a big ol’ coon come ripping down a tree in a couple minutes. It was impressive. Sounds are amazing and with the call rotating! It sounds like the call is running around the woods! Amazing feature for sure. The built in decoy is also nice. It functioned as it should and the motor was pretty quiet. With its own storage cubby on the call is super handy. The sound library is awesome as well! Several coyote vocalization calls which is a must. And they all sound amazing. Overall so far I love it. With time if my feelings change I will post a update. But as of now I couldn’t be happierI added a photo comparing it to my old FoxPro. It’s a monster but not overly heavy by any means

I purchased this one for my son to use. I have another one I have been using for over a year. Sound volume and quality is great. The call quality is the best around. Not disappointed at all with this purchase. I have tried others over then years but this one is the go to caller for me. In season I is out about 5 nights a week. never had any problems b batteries last longer than m most. Operates in cold weather, I have been out in minus 15 with it. Buy one and get ready to have this dogs running you over.
