This cacao is really superior to other cacao powders I have tasted. I think it has to do with the fact that it is alkaline. I like that the Cacao powder has a higher nutritional value than its competitors. I use it to make hot cocoa. I love it!! Great price point too!

I made hot cocoa with with this organic powder and it blends so well and has a deep cocoa richness. I also added just a small bit to some overnight oats with banana and walnuts and it was fantastic. I plan to bake some brownies and other items next! This is a great value for high quality organic cocoa - a little goes a long ways!

Mixes very easily in hot water to make hot cocoa.A nice addition to a fruit yogurt blended drink in the evening.

Excellent flavored cocoa powder. Make dynamite hot chocolate as well as delicious brownies. Will purchase again.

I use about a teaspoon of cocoa in my morning smoothie. This cocoa lacks intensity of chocolate flavor. I have been using an organic cocoa from Walmart from Saco Conscious Kitchen called Cocoa with a mission. It has a deep rich chocolate flavor. Will be returning back to that brand.
