Still works well after several years

Iron in box is not what is shown on picture or product information. When I needed to use to iron an outfit for a wedding, iron does not come on or heat up. I did not need to use until after the return date so I cannot return and get refund.

I really like how light weight the iron is when i iron my clothes. It glides right over the clothes without any wrinkles left behind. Well worth the money.

Got it out of the box. Even with a magnifying glass, we could not read the instructions. The water guage is so dark you cannot see how much water is inside it. I could not figure out how to even use the iron and set the controls without instructions. The temp dial is close under the handle and very hard to understand or read, so i had to guess at what i was setting it on. If I had opened it and tried it within the month, i would have sent it back. But i was in surgery and missed the window.

Nice size. Lightweight. Works great if you like ironing.

The media could not be loaded. The tiny thing to your right (see picture) is the temp controller and it broke the first second I touched the temp wheel. Made of plastic, cheap. Now have return and wait for another iron, sure not from this manufacturer.

It's a great iron but the picture makes it look like a big iron. Its a little smaller than the average iron.
