Other than one's pocket, can you recommend a holster for the 12K flashlight?

Should I charge it completely out of the box or use it and then give it a full charge?

How long does it take to fully charge the first time out of the box? The green light has been flashing every since i plugged it in.

As I remember, the first time I plugged the charging cable into a USB socket and then into the flashlight, it was something like 12 hours before I obtained the solid green light. You will also have to plug the flashlight into a USB socket for charging about every month when not in use, or the whole cycle will have to be repeated. If your flashlight never goes to a solid green light while charging, your flashlight or the charging USB cable is defective.

Kinda...it it not a spot light with a narrow beam. It is more a flood light that puts out ridiculously bright light but you can narrow it down with zoom.
