Do you think these would be too large of a head for a ten year old mouth?

Hello! I don't think itll be too large but definitely too hard. I stopped using these and have it for last minute guests who needs a toothbrush.. I would definitely get a softer brush.

Are these individually packaged?

While there is a pack of 12, there are perforations between each toothbrush so they can remain individually packaged. Hope that helps!@
