Cleanmo Sticky Mats are produced using the most advanced technology for adhesive-coated contamination control mats. Formulated and developed to meet the stringent cleanroom particulate specifications. Used on entryways, walkways, traffic areas where particle contamination is to be controlled. It is composed of easy to peel-off, disposable sticky mat layers that can effectively capture 99% all foot-borne and wheel-borne particulates from entering the controlled working environment. Each mat is composed of multiple layers of polyethylene films coated with custom high tack adhesive laminated together into a stack. Review: Adhesion is good and helpful, but hard to keep flat... - This mat really helped keep the dust of shoes in the gym... however, when not in use and in my vehicle or stored away, it's really hard to keep its flat shape. Once it starts to bend anywhere, it stays bent. I've also had the same problem with sticky mats w backer boards, though better, they also tend to bow. Nothing really stays flat due to humidity, heat, temperature change, etc... and then it's not as convenient to use. This got to be a mess in a hurry though, perhaps if kept in the box when not in use it would help. It really did the job keeping the shoes more clean and thus more traction, and was easy to replace the layers just peel up the old one and throw away. Next one I get will probably get the backer board again.

Adhesion is good and helpful, but hard to keep flat...

AMAZING stuff!! Used in photo studio to keep paper clean - MIRACULOUS!!
Just got recommended to try this by another pro photographer, and we used it this weekend to photograph dozens of little dancers on location at their dance studio to keep them from making dirty footprints and marks on our paper floor and background. We set it up next to paper, they stepped on and took 2 steps in place (which ALL kids seemed to LOVE doing) on the sticky pad before stepping out to be photographed. Using this got us DOUBLE the previous use out of our dance floor paper and saved about $75. - and we only used about 5 sheets from 1 of the 3 pads included here. WORKS GREAT! Did not damage fragile wooden dance floor either - pulled right up after 3 days of little tap dancers stepping on it! Bravo - will be sending a LOT of volume photographers to use this solution! (Cool aside - We were photographing a dance studio near Kennedy Space Center in FL, and heard a BUNCH of excited comments like, "look, that's just like at mommies/daddies work!". Kids felt like little rocket scientists stepping on it!)

Helps with construction dust
We're fixing our basement, and there's a lot of dust during this process. This helps with not bringing dust to the upstairs area . The tacky material traps dust from our shoes and stays on the mat. Works as it should, and easy to use. Recommended!
