Mam Papaul's Red Bean Seasoning 2.5 oz

This seasoning blend is dynamite. I added it to a can of beef chicken stock, about a pounds of cooked red beans (soaked not canned, I cook dried beans in big batches and then free them, works great), some chopped up peppers ( TJ's sells great three pepper frozen blends), some cooked chicken thighs, some cooked chorizo, a ham hock, and some garlic. I let it simmer for about an hour, then mashed some of the beans up against the side of the pot. It came out great, with a distinct flavor of Brunswick stew, NC style.

Tasted great. Just like we had in NO on vacation.

I have used Mam Papaul's Seasoning for years and it makes your red beans taste delicious! I had just used my last box when I realized I needed to order more and found it on Amazon. You only need to use a little because it is so rich in flavor, so the packet can last a few times.

Disgusting they should be locked up selling this.
