Is the length from foot strap to top or bottom of zipper to top?

In terms of length, it would be length of pad which is top of sleeve to bottom of sleeve, not including the foot harness. For measuring for correct size, you would measure circumference of biggest part of calf for ideal sizing.

WHat is mean black sigle is only 1 o 2

Bear Grips is sold in either a single sleeve in which you get 1 per package or Pair of sleeves in which there are 2 sleeves per package. Some people perfer just a single sleeve for rope climbs, running, biking, OCR races. Some people like 2 for deadlifts , box jumps, cross fit workouts, mountain Biking , running. The preference is yours, we don't make you buy a pair if you are just looking for 1 sleeve.

Yes our Shin sleeves are perfecting as a deadlifting socks, or for crossfit rope cllmbs or box jumps. They have a whole host of other uses like hiking, biking, obstacle course races etc. The front is padded with 5mm of neoprene, the backside is stretchy comfort material for your calves. there is no hard plastics in the shin sleeves like some customers above may have mentioned. They are also sold as a pair - March 2023
