Omg I'm in love. I needed something like this to perfect my videos, selfies, and flatlays I looooove it.

The customer service team was very responsive and sent me a functional replacement part with minimal effort. Thanks to Jose, the customer service rep who worked with me on this problem!---I really like the actual ring light, but the gooseneck/arm which allows a phone to sit within my ring light was completely jammed. There's an adjustable screw which allows the square plate to slide into the holder on the lamp, and the screw above it was completely stuck. I tried with gloves, rubber bands, and more. You can see some damage on both pieces because I literally tried to use WRENCHES to loosen it - to no avail. Useless to me without this - I've contacted them about the issue and hope to receive a replacement phone arm. I will update my review if I hear back!

I always love taking photos, but most of the time I’m having problem with the light. I would always edit it using photo editor. and so I considered getting a nice ring light. This one went beyond my expectations- as it is nice and bright, plus you can always adjust the brightness! it also comes with a remote which is a good accessory as you don’t need to set timer when you’re using your phone. I am happy getting this one.

Honestly it works for me. I’ll be only using for web meetings for work. Seems very flimsy but I didn’t expect to get much out of it anyways given the price! Come in 3 different shades of colours that you can choose from. I like that feature a lot! Let’s see how long it lasts.Update see the last photo, that little plastic was holding up the spring that holds the phone in place on the stand. It snapped and broke and now it’s no good. I literally used that stand 4 times!!Disappoint Flimsy and cheap!!

I was really happy with this product when it first arrived as it was easy to put together and use. Until last night that is, when it started malfunctioning. It would flash a white light when you attempt to turn it on and die. I unplugged it and tried again with a different power connection and got a light back, but any attempts to change the light to warm yellow or cold blue will turn the unit off. - Received February 18, died March 15 2020
