Firstly, the shipping is quite fast. I got the package within 4-5 days after I placed the order. I cannot wait to see what inside the box.Secondly, the live plants are in the box and it still looks fresh. The leaves are green and all 3 are healthy. Near the roots, there is a aluminum band and a soft tissue that protect the roots. I really like this since it keeps the plant fresh and protect the roots from any injure. In addition, this soft tissue hold the water that keep the plant for living.After I checked everything, I clean them and put them in a glass that filled with water for half and hours. Later on, I prepared them and put them in the fish tank that I planed to put it in my apartment. The plants didn't come with a pot. So, when I put them in the tank I need to put them between rocks. It is really to organized and change around the tank. Couple of weeks now, so far so good. It still healthy. I have nothing to worry.I really like it.

So I ordered 3- and thought that I got one puny one. I started to file a return and upon getting ready to take a photo discovered that indeed it was 3- but 3 PUNY ones in poor condition.It just arrived- and during the Summer in the city of Lost Wages NV. The package was hot to the touch and apparently they almost had melted together.So I took the "one" bunch and put it on the counter to photograph and indeed it was 3- and in such poor condition that they probably won't live.Instant return.

The pond plants arrived green and healthy looking. I was glad they had a magnet attached, so they were sinking to the bottom instead of floating on the top of the pond. Very happy with my purchase. Would buy from this company again !

The plants were in good condition but I couldn't use them right away and the directions on how to care for them were unclear

Unlike the other reviews, mine did not arrive healthy. They were pretty yellow actually. I planted them into my fish tank hoping to see some improvement over time, but no luck so far. All my other aquarium plants are doing very well so I don't believe is has to do with my water quality. I also test my water every 2 or 3 days with an API Master Kit so I'm very aware of any random toxicity or pH spikes. I give my plants plant food once a week as well, but I think at this point I'm just going to have to get some Seachem Flourish and see if it can save them. It's a shame, because they are big and look wonderful in the tank. I just wish they weren't yellowed and dying. Honestly, I think it may have had something to do with how hot it was while mine was making it's way through shipping. It was quite a blazing week.

Plants died pretty quickly but they were pretty while they lasted.

Quick delivery, the plants were packaged very well and were very healthy. The only thing they could improve is including directions on how to plant and care for the plants. I am a newbie and had to Google the best care . Having said that, I have no complaints. I was very nervous about ordering plants that would bring parasites or other unwanted hitchhikers. I had heard good things about this company and will only order from them . They have been planted for a week and so far, so good ! I anchored one bunch in my gravel, and the rest are floating. So far they seem pretty idiot proof . 😂 I will never go back to fake plants again !

Plants arrived dead and broken, Greenpro asked for proof in order to send me new ones but I had already discarded the junk I got in the box.
