Q: Are the wheels replaceable. What is the link to the replacement wheels?

Any baggage can have the wheels drilled out and replaced. All size wheels are available on Amazon. I am just another customer, but replaced my own wheels on my luggage.

Q: Can the zippers be operated with one hand?

Yes you can as long as you do not overpack. If you overpack, there will be a need for a two-handed operation.
