These are nice - Make sure you measure pan when ordering.
These were a tad small for the pan I used them for. I measured but perhaps my measurements were off as it was a round pan.

Not safe to 500F as advertised
This mat is nice but not safe to 500F. At 425-450F this mat will start to discolor and burn.
