The old adage goes " a lock is made to keep an honest man honest" so who knows how this would work against the determined thief.That being said, this lock appears to be very well made and heavy duty and should deter most people.

This kit is just what I needed! The locking pin with the o-rings keep the pin from rotating and rattling. The small trailer lock is simple to use and is made of solid steel. The 2” u - bolt is a beast! It clamps down on the receiver hitch and say goodbye to the rattling.

Seems to be a decent value for the price. If there are any major issues I will try to come back and update this review. Directions call for 3/4" wrench for putting on the hitch tightener, but the nuts are actually larger than 3/4", so make sure you have an adjustable wrench on hand.

It’s a great combo! Works well used it a few times with no problems. Waiting for winter to see how it performs in the cold. More to follow!

Used it on my boat trailer

This lock combo set is reasonably priced and it works easily.

Not so simple to use ... The trailer lock is a twist on so you put key in and turn quite a few times till it comes off un like a lock where you turn key and it unlocks. Not practical if your caught up in the rain or if in a rush. So returning.
