Briggs & Stratton 14 Inch Rotating Jet Surface Cleaner with Built In Detergent Tank and Quick Connect Wands for Patio, Lawn, and Garden

This device was attached to my pressure washer and performed really well.

We bought our first pressure washer with the goal of cleaning up the deck. Little did we know that with the original nozzle attached it was like emptying a swimming pool with a teaspoon. It took hours to clean 4 boards. And that's the way we left it for 2 weeks. Our handyman man said "why don't you get one of those round gadgets with brushes?" We had no idea what he meant so we (of course) went directly to Amazon. TaaDaaa!!! There were a bunch of round gadgets with brushes. We chose this one because, well, Briggs and Stratton. And the price. That was a biggie. We're extremely pleased with the outcome. We did the whole deck (12x20) in about 2.5 hours.

Cleaning the driveway with this tool is about as fast as using the zero degree nozzle. With a wand extension, it is much easier to use than the nozzle. Just turn water on and pull across the driveway.Using a 1700 psi power washer, I get a decent cleaning action. Going too fast results in an interesting - but annoying -spiral pattern where dirt is left behind. Going slower and partially overlapping passes reduces that. A more powerful power washer would probably fix it too, but I'm not ready for that yet.The cleaning action inside the housing is good, but there isn't a good way to move the sludge and crud from previous pass. My pattern is to pull the cleaner flat against the drive to the west, then tip the cleaner about 45 degrees towards the dirty side and push the cleaner back to the east, using the spray to push the dirt down the driveway. It would be useful if there were a couple of selectable rinsing nozzles outside the housing to help with this function.

Got this to use with my new Greenworks 2000 PSI, 1.1 GPM Pressure Washer. Easy assembly and hook up. I read alot of reviews and used the advice of many, and my results were better than expected. When using it, take your time and overlap to avoid missed spots and streaks. When you are all finished, disconnect it, and then use just your wand to clean up any residue left behind, BEFORE it dries on the surface. So far, so good. Hopefully, it should last a while.

This thing kicks butt. The photos can speak for themselves. This was done WITHOUT detergent. I used my Sun Joe SPX3000 2030psi electric pressure washer. I recommend getting a wand extender or you’ll be bent over the whole time it’s in use (unless you’re very short). As others have stated, it’s much easier to use pulling backwards than it is pushing forward. Start at a faster rate then reduce until you’re no longer seeing a swirling pattern to figure out the right pace.Finally, when you’re done make sure you use a regular pressure washing head (40deg worked fine for me) to “sweep” or blow the dirty water off of the concrete. If you let it dry in place it’ll just re-stain the concrete. Depending on how much you’re doing, you may want to stop and do this a few times to keep what you’ve cleaned clean.

the wand won't connect to any part of my briggs and stratton 2000psi 3.5 gpm electric power washer. i specifically bought a briggs and straton part so this wouldn't happen. theres nothing in the instructions about connecting to the power washer or if there's adapters i can buy to make it fit, a total waste of time, poor product and supprt by briggs and stratton

This product is a game changer! I broke my back a few yrs ago, & haven’t been able to Think about power washing our patio & front porch! My landscaper told me about this product. I ordered it the same day he told me, & have No Regrets! Does the job in 1/4th the time & in One “pass” too! Boy, I’ve been wasting a Lot of time & PAIN!

Pretty good little machine. Don't expect the same performance you'd get from a larger gas powered model, but for me, it works very well. I did not think the soap was dispensed evenly, though instructions were followed. I used it to clean the screen in my breezeway, then the interior walls, then the concrete floor. It did great. Not so much for the outside gutters--removed all the surface grime, but left stains that need to be wiped off. All in all, great for light duty and easy to handle. ---OK, sorry. this review was for the power washer itself. The floor tool did not perform as well as I hoped it would on the concrete floor. The detergent did not dispense at all, and I had better luck with just water from the power hose.

Easy to use and it did an amazing job!
