Q: Do these work with 48v systems?

Per Victrons website it will do 12, 24 or 48v

Q: will this replace the shunt that comes with the BMV-712 smart?

It does not. The Lynx shunt connects to the Cerbo GX monitoring system for battery monitoring.

Q: Does this include the nut, washers and bolt to connect to the battery cables?

No. Battery cable is normally connected to a lynx power in or lynx dis.
