After using it the moment I got it, the milk frother got stuck inside the motor unit and never came out. How could this even happen! The slot provided between the release button and the frother has four lines to allign neatly inside the unit, but not a chance! Something is wrong in the design! By the way, they sent me another on a day after and had the same issue, so it is definitely a manufacturer defect. I ended by Redmond, another brand-name.

DO NOT BUYI purchased this item somewhere in April (2 more days for return), today my mom was using it and it caught on fire while she’s using it, I can’t tell you how scared i got I didn’t know what to do , this is a safety Hazard, and this item must be removed, if you have kids or pets around do not buy it, skip this itemI wish i could give no star

It was easy to attach and detach the accessories. Cleanup was easy. Just not as powerful and quick as I expected, so it took me longer using it to get the results I needed.

First the bad, then the good.The bad: When first received, the actual mixer was missing from the box.The good: After notifying Amazon, a new unit came in 2 days! The return of the original was easy.More good: the blender is awesome with all the power needed. I’ve used it for smoothies and for making dips with fresh herbs. Very easy to change attachments and to clean. I keep it on the counter with the blender attachment on so smoothies are only seconds to make. Takes only seconds to turn while ice cubes and oat milk into a delicious cold shake.

Bought this to use in the kitchen for little jobs. Bought this at the end of April. Just had the chance to use it today to make salsa (beginning of June). Turned it on and after 30 seconds it stopped working. Amazon won’t allow an exchange so I’m stuck with a paperweight now.

this blender is pretty neat, so many times when I use a regular blender and it doesn't blend all of the food, with this one you can move the blender around with your hands making sure you blend it all. it's pretty powerful as well for a smaller unit. cleaning is as easy as rinsing it off, unplugged that is.

I was looking for a smaller option to my very large food processor and blender. This fit the bill. I recently changed my dietary needs to a Keto plan. I bought it just so I can experiment with all the whipped up drinks. Everything tastes better whipped up.

Use this for the first time today, the milk frother refuses to screw back onto metal piece, and the metal piece is also stuck in the blender attachment with no way to take out the piece, the locking mechanism is flawed!!
