Nice purchase
Good sturdy phone case, definitely does the job in protecting my phone that keeps falling off the floor because I’m quite clumsy. You have to remember to charge your case though or you’re in for a bad surprise when you’re out trying to take selfies and the lights don’t work. :D

Not wireless charging compatible
Wireless charging was a necessary feature for me when I made the decision to purchase this case because I use a wireless charger in my car, at my desk, my bedside, and I also use an external battery that charges wirelessly as well. I was using a different phone case before that worked fine with all of them. I'm pretty dispappointed since it was advertised as wireless charing compatible and if it wasn't, I probably would not have purchased.

Nowhere near as bright as the old style Lumee
I’ve had Lumee light cases for several years and my friends have always raves about how awesome my pictures turn out. I recently bought an iPhone 12Pro Max and had to buy a different Lumee to fit my new phone. The new style has the light ring on the back and the side light on the front. There is a HUGE difference in the brightness of this new style case compared to every other Lumee that I’ve had prior. It is nowhere near as good. The front (selfie) light in particular is super weak. My friend ordered one as well and has the same issue. Frustrating! The old version was so much better! Please go back to that design!

Does not light up all the way around
The case is very cute and sturdy but the lights for the iPhone 12 max pro case do not light up all the way around as previous model cases have. The lights are not as bright or helpful for photo taking.
