Life’s too short for bad balsamic.
I have been special ordering these 6 at a time bc there is no way to get a good balsamic in the store. This one is the Bomb! And they make great gifts.

Not the same as shown in Amazon item photo
I bought this because I was looking for the "aged 10 years" product shown in the photo. Note that this product is NOT the same as the product shown in the photo. The product I was shipped is simply "aged" but doesn't have any duration. Clearly it's a cheaper product than the one shown. I would look elsewhere for ten year aged balsamic

Decent Balsamic Vinegar
I have been tasting various balsamic vinegars trying to find a favorite. I have tried the 1 year aged, the 10 year aged, and this product. I found this product to be in the middle to the three (as the price would suggest). The taste is less sharp that the 1 year aged but not as mellow or refined as the 10 year aged. Overall it makes a good everyday vinegar.

I doubt this deserves only 1 star
I have a Lucini bottle that is very good for a supermarket brand of balsamic. I have been buying and comparing many types, and the Lucini bottle I have is quite good. This one was the winner of a tasting by Cook's Illustrated in the supermarket category. Therefore, I doubt it is not worthy of *****. I would like to buy a bottle now, but I'm not in the US, and need to order only one bottle not a pack of six. So if I find it, I will get one. I'm trying to select the best variety to import into my country, and this is why I've been trying many vinegars.

I bought this product in the store, store price was 16.99, which as first seems a lot for a small bottle but it was a special event so I bought and now I will not buy anything else. Really great product, take it from an italian...
