The mat is bigger than a standard yoga mat which is why you want it. It is nice and thick and soft. Comes with a carry case. Only critic is the bag is part fully fabric and part mesh - the mat can get caught on the mesh when putting it into the bag so its a minor pain - the bag should be all solid fabric with no mesh.

This is the second one I’ve bought as the wife has stolen my first one. Really impressed by the quality of the mat. It’s thick and comfortable to do workouts on. I usually suffer from back pain due to the thinness of mats and this mat has solved that issue for me. The colour options are great, I bought a grey one this time round. Main reason for buying it was the extra width and height, I’m 6ft 2in and this mat is definitely large enough for me.Noticed that the mat is grippy enough, but still gives you the ability to move around during more agile workouts. Also grips to laminate flooring, carpet and outside paving really well.Our 3 year old also jumps around on the mat quite a bit and loves it because it’s well cushioned. The mat is in fact very big and wide as described in the advert. It is not the most grippy one tho, but will do the job. Its very thick and comfortable. The carry straps... I wish there was a carry bag not the straps as they don't really do a good job. I feel like for the price they should include a carry bag. Overall you will not be disappointed. I only have mine for less the 2 weeks, so can not say much just yet. Will review it again after longer use, this is just first impression. I got it on sale, its a good mat, but I wouldn't pay full price for it. One star less for the straps instead of a carry bag. Other than that I can recommend it.

Love how this mat is long enough for a tall person!Nice thickness and lovely blue colour.Comes with a band carry strap, easily roll and put away.Would definitely recommend for tall people that need that extra bit of length when stretching.Have used for weight exercises and stretching.It's reversible too!Has a nice grip on the mat.Has a slight rubber smell but not awful smell. And have noticed this less the more I have used it.Arrived in excellent condition.

Look, I love this mat. It doesn’t move on carpeted floor, not even during high intensity workouts with hundreds of burpees etc.It’s soft enough to protect wrists and joints when jumping around like a maniac, whilst also firm enough to provide a good base when lifting weights etc.Finally, it’s longer and wider than normal mats, allowing you to vary the position of your pushups from narrow to wide, as well as do plank jacks and jumping jacks…this mat is perfect.

Good support (not too springy but gives enough to protect joints), doesn't stretch unexpectedly like other mats I've had, and I like the extra width although I don't strictly need it as I'm not very big. It's a bit of a struggle to roll up which means it's a bit bulky to carry and the carry handle took me ages to get used to, but it's still 5 stars for me. I've even come to like the 'Strong and flexible' writing because it's precisely what I'm trying to achieve. I'd definitely buy again.

To start, even though the product dimensions are provided, the first image with the man squatting is deceptive. Straight up, it's false advertising and the mat is no where near that size.Next, this is the second TPE mat I've owned with roughly the same dimensions. Both are 10mm thick. The TPE on my first mat was less foamy, and more rigid. I prefer it. It was also 2/3 of the price, and had markings for positions and movements which were nice for both yoga and calisthenics. I would have bought that again if it was still available, but it's clear it was a better deal than this one.At the end of the day, this is a TPE mat, and it's better than any other type of yoga/exercise mat out there. It's just quite expensive and lacking in easily implementable features

This may is something else. It is bigger, looks amazing, super comfy. The quality for the price is unbeatable. Don’t look for anything else as you won’t be disappointed.
