This does exactly what I needed it to. Protects me skin from my brace. It’s long. Enough I can fold it back down over my brace and protect my clothes from the Velcro. It stays in place fine. A little tricky to keep in place while I slide the brace on but I expected that to be a struggle.

Did not like the fabric and the s/m is too big for my leg. Because Amazon did not deliver the brace I ordered (delivery date kept getting pushed out) I cancelled the brace order and because of all the hassle I’m going to eat the cost of a piece of fabric that wouldn’t have worked anyway.

I have only worn this sleeve for 2 days. The first day for 3 hours. The second day for 6+ hours at work. My knee unloading brace stayed in place. I tried the Bracesox cotton sleeve originally. It was comfortable but my brace slid down to my ankle after work. I returned it. I searched all the sleeves on Amazon. They all had slippage reviews and were more expensive. I got discouraged. I finally have this one a try. It is long and light weight. I ordered the L/XL. It fit perfectly. No problem with the "large top and small calf". I told the extra length over my brace. Don't be afraid to try this sleeve. For the money you can't beat it.

It does slide down. However, unlike the cheaper brand I also tried, it’s very comfortable. Slept in it all night without any itching or chafing. I’ve just ordered more.

I bought this thinking it might be better then the package deals of other brands. I have a 24 inch leg so I bought a lg/xlg thinking it would be easy to pull up and it was. It had just a little resistance. The material is thin and not a lot of compression. The first couple of time everything was great the third time i put my finger through the material . So now I have a hole in the top of it. My brace does feel better with the sleeve under it. I'll keep looking for a better sleeve.

It is soft on skin; doesn't slide; doesn't snag. Am ordering another so I always have a fresh, clean under sleeve.

This very thin, non-compression sleeve was exactly what I was looking for. However, I had an immediate concern after opening it. As I slid the sleeve on my leg and pulled it up, a hole started forming where my fingers pulled it. I’m worried about its durability, but it’s thin and breathable, so I can feel the ice on my knees when I use it to treat them. Update: reach out directly to company and they immediately refunded and offered another product

Although the knee brace undersleeve is designed to protect the skin from being irritated by a knee brace, it also serves as light knee protection for cycling. Thick enough to provide a little warmth when temps are in the mid low to 60's and light enough to be worn in the low to mid 70's. I purchased two and the price and fit for the pair are comparable to many of the more popular knee sleeves from Castelli and Pearl Izumi. Although they don't feature rubberized grippers like cycling specific knee warmers typically do, they're snug enough to stay put when worn under cycling shorts. I'm 5'11" 155 lbs with a 33" inseam and the size small/medium fits perfectly. When worn properly, they ride middle to upper half of the thigh and about midway on the calf.

Material is very low quality sleeve ripped putting it on and then just moving the sleeve there after item was ripping around the edges. Personally will not buy again. Recommend just cutting off the bottoms od leggings for the same affect and better quality material.
