I just received these earrings, and they are absolutely beautiful. The design is intricate and detailed. The earrings are just the right weight. They have enough weight to know the metal/silver isn't cheap, yet they are not heavy when worn. These earrings are keepers!

These I anticipated to be shorter and thick. They are. I like them very much. The detail is lovely. Helps make up for the others. I will order again. But with more research so that I am not surprised by size.

The first time I went to wear them, the metal piece that goes through your ear piercing broke off. This was just after I inserted it; I hadn't even gotten it into the clasp yet! My husband pieced it back together with his pliers. If anything else happens, I'm sending them back. This is the 2nd time I've purchased Novica earrings and have been disappointed. No more! Cheaply made, to say the least. :(

I was very disappointed in these earrings. Even after looking at the reviews, pictures, and dimensions, they are much, much smaller than I expected.They are also almost prohibitively hard to secure. Before I absolutely decided they were too small I wanted to try one on, and I was terrified of bending the ear wire to get it fastened securely after I put the wire through my earlobe. I found myself thinking, "Life is too short to spend this much time trying to fasten earrings."However, I do agree with other reviewers that they ARE very pretty. The detail and workmanship are excellent, which is why I'm giving them two stars instead of one.If I needed a small pair of hoops with pretty details I would probably keep these. But I already have a few pairs too similar in size and look to justify keeping these, esp. for the price. So they're going back.Worth noting is that if they ever create a pair of these that are double the size, I'd probably buy them.
