Great feel and very sturdy

I've been training for about 45 years and just recently moved to silicon valley. I've got my own gym and I'm trying to use it after a couple years away from training. This means I am older and need to take advantage of things like ergonomics and cables. This bar is just right for curls from two angles and really helped with the elbow position when I try going a little bit heavier. It was not expensive and has a sturdy attachment that is unique but very well made.

Comfortable grip. Only complaint would be that the connection to the cable is with fabric and when lifting very heavy the bar doesn't want to rotate against the friction. Otherwise, nice piece of equipment for the money

Just what I needed from a new little home gym works great. I was able to do multiple exercises with it.

I got this specifically for doing cable curls in my home gym. I had been using a straight bar and was noticing some stress in my wrists as I was moving up to heavier weights. I thought an angled grip might be better.Most bars online were too long for curls. The short length on this bar was exactly what I was looking for. This has eliminated the wrist stress I was getting and now I can keep progressing.

Got this from my husband. He has bad arthritis in his arms so this one actually worked out easier for him to manage it and pull it.

Having used several different SOLID bars all with metal swivels back when gyms were opened, and having a couple of solid bars for my home cable machine, I found this bar not to my liking. The one thing about the construction was the nylon strapping in the middle. Unlike the metal swivels on solid bars, the nylon squeaked terribly. In my opinion this was the weak link. It is my opinion it is overpriced for being hollow and the nylon swivel. Sent back and ordered something different.

It's perfect in size and comfortable! The hook and the tissue part that holds it look flimsy but seems to hold up great!

Good value- I would buy again.
