The product already in a wall looks great, I'm not near to be an expert in wall decals as this was my first DIY, but if you are planning to purchase it, there's some things to consider as a newbie:++It comes in 3 parts, 2 are the actual decals and 1 is the backing sticker (I honestly thought that the backing part to transfer it to the wall was already attached to the decals... BIG MISTAKE, it doesn't).++The transfer backing sticker is NOT big enough to cover all the decals in this package, I needed to cut the small remaining bits to put toguether a couple of phrases.++You need to trim all phrases close enough to the letters to squeeze them in the backing sticker, this was made all phrases at once by sticking the WHOLE transfer sticker into many separate decals.++Once I pulled it off, I cutted each decal and was ready to apply to my wall, I squished every decal with an old plastic hotel key and I must say that probably 90% of the decals detached from the original paper right away, BUT the other 10% took me an hour to detach, some were so stuck to the original paper that I had to pull some letters off with a cutter.++Once detached and ready to apply, I cleaned the wall as instructed and placed each phrase one by one, pressed it again and again with my multi-task hotel key and started peeling the transparent film, in most cases it peeled right away, but it was a NIGHTMARE with the pointy letters, they just didn't want to leave the "mother ship", with the help of a cutter, I was able to pinch lighthly the very end of those hard to peel letters and was able to complete the task.PATIENCE IS A VIRTUE THAT YOU WILL NEED TO SET THIS WALL DECALS, but at the end they look sooo cool.

The item arrived quick! I was a little baffled by how to apply the stickers. Thankfully, my friend had a paint scraper and was able to press down on the waxy paper over the letters for them to stick after pulling up the paper. Otherwise, I would have been stuck. Be careful with the cursive! Those were particularly tricky to press. The quotes arrived in one large sheet. I ended up cutting the quotes up so that they were individual stickers and I could stick them how I wanted, and that worked well! I loved the outcome. The words are easy to read and create perfect contrast on a white wall. There were some punctuation and capitalization errors like not capitalizing "Kansas," and as an English major and journalist, the grammar police in me went berserk. Honestly, I didn't put that one up on my wall, and my friend used the quotation marks from that quote to add commas where appropriate in the other quotes on the wall. Still, I'm so happy with it. It provided the perfect touch for my cinema lover-themed living room!

Good stuff. My wall looks amazing. The actually font seems much smaller than pictured and originally I was furious. But once I put it on my walls, I realized that it would have looked cartoony if they words were much bigger. Having said that, false advertising is a bit frustrating.There were a few typos in the grammar aspect. No misspellings at all, but some quotes were missing quotation marks or had the quotations marks flipped or sometimes it's two quotes and sometimes it's single quotes. I basically just peeled and moved stuff around to make it all work together. A little frustrating but honestly the end result looks so badass I don't care.Customer service was also great. The first set of quotes got lost in the mail (it was over Christmas), and they sent me another one immediately. So they get four stars because they are nice people and I'm happy with the final product, but they could tweak a few things to be perfect.

I ordered this product to decorate a 4 chair dining table for our movie room. I was concerned that the phases would be way too big but I took a chance and as they are much smaller than pictured, they fit perfectly. I put the letters over a wooden tabletop painted with trim paint. I probably should have sealed the paint as it pealed off with the backing a couple of times. I figured out to rub the letters (used a tongue depressor) with the thin side facing up, peel off the thick paper and then place the phrase down between pencil marks. Lastly, carefully remove the thin paper. We love it!

These movie quotes are not vinyl letterings/decals. They are stickers and a lot smaller than what I expected. I decided to keep them because I was running out of time in getting our movie room ready for our upcoming party. Otherwise, I would have returned and get the vinyl kind instead.

I used the quotes on the stairs that lead to our movie room. They worked perfectly. Very easy to apply - I painted the risers with a semi-gloss paint and then cut out on the quotes and placed one edge in the right spot and then slowly applied the rest of the quote. Be patient and take your time. The average height of the quotes are about 2 1/2 inches. All of the quotes are easy to read from the bottom of the stairs or when you are stepping up them.My stairs are 46" long and the only quote that didn't fit was the "life is like a box of cherries..." But, I used 2 risers, so the next stair started with "you never know." The quotes have been on for about 2 years, with zero issues with lifting. I get a ton of comments on how they look - "very cool!!"

I purchased this and two other versions. The other two were vinyl letters that looked great. These are fairly small stickers. There are a words printed on vinyl film meaning you have a clear sticker border around it It just does not look good on the wall and also will not stick to textured walls very well. If you are wanting just vinyl letters they are out there. But these are just not what look good.

Very disappointed with this product,the instructions are virtually unintelligible and the quality of the vinyl is very thin which causes the letters to break when applying,it doesn't really look like the image shown,can't think of any situations where I would consider recommending this product
