You must take these at the beginning of a cold or flu. Don’t wait. Take them just like the bottle says and drink lots of fluids. They also taste good so children would like them too. Highly recommend for when you or kid isn’t feeling well. I bought these for when we traveled abroad and didn’t want any ingredients (to be considered illegal) to flag customs. They melt in your mouth and are super convenient to carry. Felt they were just as effective as OTC meds minus the junk additives.
