I bought the 5lb wrap and I love it! I read reviews of heating it in the microwave and it melting/burning through but I do not intend on using it for that. Maybe cold therapy. But I bought it for my anxiety and to help me relax, so cold therapy would just be a plus. It comes in a bag, so I use it to travel also, it’s heavy but worth it for its portability. I use it and travel with it for work daily, so I think I’ll be buying another! I really do love it! Idk why I ever waited so long to buy weights to help with anxiety! I use it across my torso or laid straight down my torso, and it’s a perfect weight since it’s compact. It’s definitely different than a weighted blanket. I love both but this feels it works better for me! The fabric is very soft and the length is pretty good! You can fold it or wrap it. I also plan to use it on my face/head for when I get migraines.

I wanted something weighted but not big and bulky. This wrap is perfect. I can lay it just across my shoulders, chest, or abdomen. It is comforting but I don't feel like I'm being smothered. The fabric is soft but sturdey. Highly recommend.

I purchased the 5lb. shoulder wrap...I feel compelled to write this, coming from someone who ALWAYS has a tight neck and shoulders - this has saved my life!! This product (warmed in the microwave) has loosened up my shoulders after ONE use - game changer! I use it every morning while sipping coffee and it legit has taken the tightness and pain I constantly felt away.I had a 3lb. different one and the beads moved all over and it wasn’t heavy enough. This has the sewn squares with a nice amount of beads in each section. Soft fabric, no strong “therapeutic” smell - This is really well made.If you suffer from neck and should pain, you must try!!! You won’t be sorry!!!

I love the feeling of weighted blankets but no matter what filling is used, I would wake up sweaty. Now I just put this over my chest and it gives me the weight needed for a good nights sleep without the overall heat.

I love this! I use it around my kneck or my stomach. I sleep with it. It's awesome! Very well made.

I loved this when it first arrived. I love the size and the fabric feels very nice. Only after a few uses, the shiny fabric burned in the microwave.

It was nice while it was warm but even heating it until I could barely touch it, it would only hold the heat for about 5 minutes. I was constantly reheating and decided just to send it back.

I microwaved this twice, and the second time it melted a portion of the pad. Beads spilled everywhere inside my microwave and it smells like melted plastic.My microwave is quite weak and I microwaved it for the recommended 3 minutes when this happened. Save your money!
