I would recommend anyone to use this company. I bought this product for my father for Christmas, as he is a big James Bond fan and this kind of product just fit the bill. When the package arrived, it was extremely well packaged and everything was where it was supposed to be. However, when I had a closer look at the main decanter, there was a very small chip on the side of it. I am the fussiest person I know, so I couldn't help but get in contact with KrownKitchen customer services just to see what they could do for me. With a few pictures provided, there was no hassle for them to send a new product out to me. It was flawless. I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you so much again. My father adores it. I shall be purchasing again in the future and recommending my family and friends to you too.
