I have used different yoga mats over a period of time, some with a slippery feel, some very flimsy and most won't last long. I thought this one will be just another of those that i'll order, use and get rid of to buy another. It has been a month since i have been using it and the quality is great.Most of the China made mats have a slipperiness even after having been in use for a while. So they are essentially uncomfortable. This mat I must say is not slippery at all and hence provides better support. This is more of a matte mat (hehe!). It is not flimsy and does not slide on the floor in mid asan like my other mat.Also i somehow feel that this mat is somewhat thicker than my other 4 mm mat (I don't know how it is possible but maybe it is about the quality or something i don't know).When i got this mat i did notice a very strong and peculiar plastic-y smell, which i had read about in some other review before buying but i bought it anyway. I put it out in the open air in the balcony overnight and that helped me get rid of the smell, so it was a non-issue for me really.So far i am extremely happy with this product and its bright red color. It is also cheaper than other products available in retail stores, and i got a bag free, which is again a plus.All in all, i would definitely recommend this product to all those who are looking for a good yoga mat.

Nice & seems to be good product. The product length is 72inches & width is 12inches. It's so thick & have a good grip. It can be used easily,regularly.

I ordered the pink one, i was delivered orange. Anyhow, as i needed the mat, i didn't exchange it. It's true that its anti skid, but it doesn't stay at a place while doing jumping jacks or high knees or spot jogging, hence that is a bit of problem. Overall good for basic low intensity workout, yoga and meditations.

For yoga or any kind of exercise you want the mat to hold on to the floor and not slip or move during your yoga poses. This has been the constant problem with this yoga mat. Build quality is about average but the fact that it doesn't stay put makes it hard to use for many of yoga poses, especially the balancing ones. Also the bag that comes along with the mat is of hardly any use, will tear after a couple of uses.Not recommended for use during yoga.
